We believe that over half a million uninsured Hoosiers is half a million too many. Alex will fight to have a health care system that works for everyone and sees affordable health care as a human right in this country, not a luxury for those who can afford it.
Alex will enact programs to make sure every Hoosier has the health coverage they need. He will fight for a health care system that supports those dealing with mental health diagnoses and substance use disorder, and he will fight for health care issues to be resolved by healthcare providers.

Alex is committed to paying our teachers a competitive wage to attract and retain the best talent. With Indiana educators, he will spearhead A New Vision for Education in Indiana - a system that provides top notch education from childhood learning to ongoing training to attract jobs of the future to our district and state.

Whether you were born here or not, we all want inclusive communities that everyone can call home - no matter young or old, rich or poor, skin color, gender, sexual identity, or place of birth. When we welcome hard-working, talented people, our Hoosier hospitality pays dividends in growth and prosperity for everyone.
We all want clean air and water. Growth and opportunity comes with a healthy environment, not the other way around. Alex will see that those who are dumping 130 million tons of toxic waste into Indiana's environment each year will be held accountable and will invest in new solar and wind projects that produce lower cost energy, protect the environment, and create high-paying jobs.
